Return & Refund Policy
Overview

Returns require proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

We inspect and measure packages before shipment.

Do not send returns to the manufacturer.

We reserve the right to refuse, partially refund, or deny any return that does not meet the conditions below.

Defective / damaged / incorrect items: Must be reported within 30 days of delivery.

Non‑defective returns: Must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
“Delivery” is based on the carrier’s tracking confirmation.
Condition Requirements (Strict)
To be eligible, items must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed, and in perfect original condition, including:

Original packaging and any included components

Original tags/stickers attached (if applicable)

No wear, marks, stains, smudges, makeup, sweat, creasing, or damage

No odors of any kind (smoke, fragrance/cologne, body odor, food odors, etc.)
If an item arrives with odor or signs of use, it may be partially refunded or not refunded.
Return Packaging Requirement (Protective Layer Required)
All returns must be packed to prevent damage in transit:

Item must be wrapped in a protective layer (example: clean tissue + polybag / protective wrap) to prevent smudges/scuffs inside the box.

Items must be returned in a shipping box that protects the product (avoid soft mailers for structured items).
If your return arrives smudged, crushed, scuffed, or damaged due to improper packaging, your return may be partially refunded or denied.

Exception: If a sale item is defective / damaged / incorrect, it must be reported within 30 days of delivery. We will offer a replacement, swap, or refund depending on availability and the issue.
Defective / Damaged / Incorrect Items (Online)
If your item is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect:

Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.

Do not wear/use the item.

After review, we will provide one of the following (at your choice when possible):

How to Start a Return (Authorization Required)
To start any return, contact us first to receive return instructions (order number required).
Returns sent without authorization may be refused or delayed.
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (defective/incorrect).

Original shipping charges are non‑refundable.

We strongly recommend tracking. For items over $75, consider shipping insurance.

We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds
Once received, returns are inspected. If approved:

Inventory & Stock Availability (Online Orders)
We are currently updating and organizing inventory. In rare cases, an item may become unavailable after an order is placed.
If an item is out of stock or cannot be fulfilled as ordered, we will contact you and you may choose:

a full refund to your original payment method.
If the swap costs more, you pay the difference. If it costs less, we refund the difference.
