This website, capworld.store (the “Site”), is operated by Capworld.store (doing business as “Cap World”) (“Cap World,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing the Site or purchasing any products or services from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), along with our Return & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy (together, the “Policies”), which are incorporated by reference.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site or purchase from us.

Your bank/credit card statement or payment descriptor may show our legal business name, Capworld.store, Capworld, or Cap World Embroidery, even if the Site and branding display “Cap World.”

Product photos/colors may vary by device and screen settings. Minor variations in color, material, texture, stitching, patch placement, and manufacturing details may occur.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product, service, or any part of the Site without notice.

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online and may have limited quantities.
We reserve the right (but are not obligated) to limit sales by person, region, jurisdiction, or order, and to limit quantities per order or per customer.
We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
Custom / Personalized / Embroidery Services:
Customized or personalized items (including embroidery/decorated items) may be final sale as described in our Return & Refund Policy. Due to the nature of decoration and manufacturing, slight variations may occur.
SECTION 6 — ORDERS, BILLING, AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including (without limitation) orders that appear to be placed by dealers/resellers, orders suspected of fraud, abuse, or policy violations, and orders with billing/shipping issues.
In the event we cancel or change an order, we may attempt to notify you using the email, phone number, or billing address provided at checkout.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store and to promptly update information so we can complete transactions and contact you as needed.
SECTION 7 — PRICING ERRORS AND INVENTORY ERRORS
Despite our best efforts, pricing or inventory errors may occur.
If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to error, we reserve the right to correct the error and to refuse or cancel any order placed for that product.
Inventory Updates / Out-of-Stock Items:
We are actively updating and organizing inventory. In rare cases, an item may become unavailable after you place an order. If an item cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you as soon as possible and you may choose:
(a) a swap for another size/color/item (subject to availability), or
(b) a full refund to the original payment method.
If the replacement costs more, you pay the difference; if it costs less, we refund the difference.
SECTION 8 — SHIPPING, DELIVERY, AND ADDRESS RESPONSIBILITY
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.
You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. If an order is returned to sender or requires re-shipping due to an address error, you may be responsible for additional shipping charges.
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery confirmation by the carrier (to the address provided at checkout), to the extent permitted by law.
We are not responsible for carrier delays, missed delivery windows, theft after delivery, or packages marked “delivered” by the carrier.
SECTION 9 — RETURNS AND REFUNDS
All returns, refunds, exchanges, final sale rules, and eligibility requirements are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Please review it carefully before placing an order. The Return & Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We may provide access to third-party tools “as is” and “as available” without warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind. Any use of optional tools is at your own risk and discretion.
